PM MWIGULU DIRECTS TANESCO TO RETAIN TZS 27,000 ELECTRICITY CONNECTION FEE IN SMALL TOWNS
Tanzania’s Prime Minister Mwigulu Nchemba has directed TANESCO to maintain the TZS 27,000 subsidised electricity connection rate for newly designated small towns with rural characteristics, while announcing measures to formalise Bagamoyo’s status and address local land disputes.
